The room had a fantastic balcony view of the lake, a real highlight for soaking in the scenery while enjoying a drink. Complimentary mineral water in the room is a nice touch, making it feel a bit more upscale.
The breakfast area felt cramped, with tables packed close together, which takes away from the enjoyment of the meal.

Positive, The staff was great and super helpful. We splurged on a Superior Double Room with a Balcony and Lake View, and wow, the views were amazing. Loved the delicious European breakfast-they had fresh bread and great coffee. Perfect location near the funicular and restaurants.

Beautifully decorated and clean rooms.
My room came with noticeable wear and tear, especially with ripped wallpaper. The air conditioning was underwhelming and didn't cool the room sufficiently. I also found the breakfast area to be cramped and a bit uncomfortable, making it hard to enjoy the meal.

The location offers stunning lake views and easy access to various attractions and dining options. The breakfast was an impressive spread of local hams, cheeses, and delicious pastries, creating a delightful start to the day. However, some common areas felt a bit cramped, and noise from nearby streets could be heard at night, which may disrupt light sleepers. Additionally, the air conditioning was not as effective, making it challenging to stay cool on warm days.

I loved relaxing in the cozy lounge area and enjoyed the delicious breakfast with freshly made cappuccinos and a great variety of local dishes. The hotel also offers super useful spa facilities and a picturesque garden to unwind. The bathroom could have used a few more toiletries, but it didn't impact my overall enjoyment. 😊
